PPGI(Color Coated Steel Plate) Key Specifications/Special Features: · Zinc coating: 80 to 275g/m² · Thickness of coating: T/C12 to 25μm, B/C6 to 12μm · Color: common color is sea blue and white gray or as per RAL code · RAL: 9001 to 9010 as per buyers requirement · Minimum quantity: 50mT · Capacity for month: 10,000 metric tons/month · Package: standard seaworthy package with good quality · Uses galvanized sheet, Aluminum zinc alloy sheet, zinc aluminum alloy sheet, cold rolled sheet and more as base materials · After the surface treatment (degrease, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment) by supplying and dressing all kinds of plains to the surface in the continuous method (roller applying method), then baking and cooling and the products are manufactured · Mainly used to building, household electrical appliances and transportation
